Wouldn’t it be nice if finding your purpose worked like a search chat? Type in “Why am I here?” and out comes the perfect answer.
As much as I use ChatGPT, purpose doesn’t live online. It lives inside you. And the only way to discover it is to do the work: asking hard questions, reflecting on your story, noticing your gifts, and listening to trusted voices around you.
If you’re frustrated because purpose feels slow or unclear, you’re not failing. You’re just human. Purpose is discovered, not downloaded.
Start by asking yourself these questions to get started:
What moments have shaped me the most?
What comes naturally to me that others value?
What issues stir my passion or frustration?
Next, give yourself space:
We often say in our home that margin is medicine. Partially because scientifically stress creates inflammation and with an auto immune disease that is something we pay attention to. Also because creative thinking never came from a busy calendar.
When we are running at a fast pace we have to recognize that our soul tires before our body does. Giving space and margin allows our soul and our body to be refreshed, clear and ready for the next season of growth.
Creating a little space may become so wonderful that you decide to do it more often!
Algorithm's can't give you those answers. But digging into them can change everything.
The Strength of Purpose and the Handbook gives you a guided path through these questions so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
